We bought a house! Well, we’ve mostly bought it. If you follow me on The Twitters, you might have already heard my grumblings and rumblings regarding getting a house / packing / moving / panicking about moving. My husband James and I are currently boxing up all sorts of things, while contacting movers, plotting repairs, frantically cleaning, and trying to reassure our pets that we’re not ditching them anywhere.

“Hello, human, please explain this large creature that was under the bed.”

We’re moving from our 3rd story, elevator-lacking apartment to a lovely house in mid-August. To make this move easier and to keep comic updates frequent/non-scribbley, I’ve decided to pause Fizzlebit comics for the entire month of August.

A figure prop I misplaced. Probably for good reason, since JJ is loosing an eyeball.

I will be making an attempt to post some fun sketches / blog items while the comic is on break in August to both keep my sanity (I can’t JUST be boxing things and cleaning….can I?) and to give the site some updates. So keep an eye out on the Fizzlebit Facebook page and my Twitter for updates! You can also take this time to re-read the archive, since we left off on SUCH A CLIFFHANGER!
